Deleting your data

You are always in control of your GenAI account, which you use across genai.io.vn and its apps. You can permanently delete your account and everything we store about you — including any data we received from Google or Facebook sign-in (your name, email and profile picture) and any content or settings from the GenAI apps you use.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@genai.io.vn from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. We’ll confirm and remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

If you connected a Facebook account or Page, you can also remove GenAI’s access from your Facebook settings: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. That revokes our access; email us as above to also erase any data already stored.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (name, email, profile picture).
• Any profile information received from Google or Facebook sign-in.
• Any content and settings tied to your account in the GenAI apps you use — for example approved-games lists, and any connected social Pages together with the posts you scheduled or published through them.
